She is skilled in management, leadership, strategic planning, business development, and coaching. She is a strong business professional and graduated from Tufts University.

In this episode, Nada sits down with Kaye to discuss her current role with Step Up and how she has successfully delegated the CEO role to others while staying involved as the founder. She also opens up about her search for what's next and how she is still searching for what's next.
